Must go in the studio, must produce, must be exhausted. MUST SWEAT.

Lise Voorbergen – SANCTUM

Rachelle Traboulsi – In the belly (of the beast)
Through her mother’s recipe book, brought back from her last trip to Lebanon, Rachelle unpacks memories and realisations of living far from home. “In the Belly (of the Beast)” explores the unseen forces shaping our arrival and the quiet tension they leave in the body. It is an invitation to listen closely to our own stories and to answer when our bodies speak—echoes of places, systems, and memories that linger within us.
“When art is real and comes from a place of honesty. This inspires me. That connection between the artist, the art and the audience, when done in a space of honesty, it can create a beautiful outcome for both audience and performer.”

Arina Matvieieva – MError
‘Your phone—a single step that keeps you just out of reach from me, someone who’s held you in their thoughts for longer than you know. MError is a multidisciplinary performance, an invitation to slip into the story of one possible life, reflected with(in) its (un)predictable character.
Come to feel something you’ve been searching for all this time. The choice to be here could be the crack in the system that holds you captive. This is a call to look at ‘the MError’—or is it your own reflection staring back?’
“I really feel more inspired and alive since I am part of the program. I feel like I found something I’d lost.”

Katarina – GIVE IN (?)
Hi there.
How has your day been?
What thoughts have occupied your mind?
Doesn’t it feel overwhelming at times?
“GIVE IN (?)” is a multidisciplinary performance probing the turbulent undercurrents of today’s political and
cultural landscape in Slovakia. Through movement inspired by Slovak folklore, sound, and visuals, Katarína captures the subtle dynamics of inner conflict we face between giving in to convenience and taking a stand for what we believe. It’s a poetic struggle between resilience and surrender, asking: How far can you resist the allure of the easy way out? ❗❓
“I’ve realized my dream is to be part of the world where everyone gets opportunity to not just dream, but to live their happiness in a way that is not hurting anybody else. I want to be happy in that same way – my dream.”

Antti – A guest from beyond
Experience Finnish folklore with A Guest From Beyond, a solo dance that brings the mysterious Finnish folklore figure of Nuuttipukki to life. Through expressive movement, the performance explores the hidden parts of ourselves we often ignore.
In the space where dance and mythology collide, the invitation to you is to ask: what parts of yourself are you ready to let in?
“I am artistically inspired by materials. My artistic process often departs from material sources such as objects, sensations, songs and real-life events.”

Rosina Lui – Spirit lost in sight
Welcome to a performance of interactive movement* and the exploration of liberation.
There’s a forest of options, but we always seek our tree. The unknown feels endless. Performer and visual artist Rosina Lui explores: How can one move within myths of freedom?
As a member of the audience, you may choose to watch or participate in the interactive movement. If you participate, the performer may make physical contact. If that occurs, you may interact or move away as you wish.
“My inspiration is experiencing and creating, immersive multisensortal setting, applying ethnography to the ways, writing in flow of consciousness, embodying philosophy through art and interact with the world.”

Omediya – Identiteit
