From 21 to 26 August, ZID Theater organizes the Future Lab for young makers, a week full of workshops in theatre, dance, improvisation and storytelling.
Get to know ZID Theater and challenge yourself as a performer and maker. Immerse yourself in a week full of creation, performance and training!
For young makers and performers who want to learn more about theatre presentation, improvisation and creation. You don’t have to have a lot of experience, but you are interested in developing yourself further and you enjoy working together. This is also a unique opportunity for more experienced makers to work on your skills and ideas.
Each workshop has a unique angle and discipline. We get to work with body, voice, improvisation and storytelling. Collaboration is a crucial part of this. Theatre, dance and music are discussed, within a multidisciplinary approach in which the performer is central.
We are working together towards a final presentation on Friday 26 August.
New collaborations arise and there is room to develop ideas for future productions. There is also the possibility to participate in the OPEN CALL for the international ExploreZ Festival 2023.
Do you want to take on a challenge as performers, do you want to get in touch with ZID Theater and our working method and do you want to meet a group of great people? Sign up now!
Future Lab is part of Midzomer Mokum in Amsterdam.
